How can I place my order?
We have three options: Either use our convenient online order system at hearthstoneresidentialcleaning.com, call us at 720-661-5449 to place your order over the phone, or call to request a visit from one of our Sales Representatives who will help complete your order at your home!
How will Hearthstone gain access to my home when I'm not there?
Your Sales Representative will discuss all the necessary details with you about the key to the property and your security system, if you have one. Many clients choose to have us hold a copy of the key to the home, which we do at our secure location, under lock and key. This can also be arranged using our online order system.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel my cleaning?
That's fine! Life can be unpredictable. Just give us a call but bear in mind that open time slots for rescheduling are limited.
What should I do to prepare for my cleaning?
It varies from service to service. Generally, services that are charged at a rate based on square footage ask for more in the way of preparation, while services performed at an hourly rate need little or no preparation. We're prepared to deal with any situation, but a little preparation on your side can oftentimes mean big savings. It can also mean a little nicer result since, if we were to for instance pick up and organize your belongings, we may not know as well as you just where they go.
Can Hearthstone cleaners pick up my belongings and help with organization?
They absolutely can! Our cleaners are clever, resourceful people and are always happy to help. However, if you want us to pick up and organize without supervision, you may find that it's best to pick up the less obvious items yourself since our cleaners may not be 100% sure of where you would like your things to go.
Can you pick up pet waste?
Yes, this is a normal part of our work, including cleaning cat boxes. However, we cannot clean any fish tanks without a waiver.
For Vehicle Washing and Detailing, do I need to be with my vehicle at the time of service?
Not at all! You can arrange with your Sales Representative how we can gain access to the interior of your vehicle if your service will include interior detailing. This can also be arranged through our online order system. We even offer complimentary Key Return at your home or place of business.
Can Hearthstone clean my vehicle at a non-residential address?
No, unfortunately, adequate access to water sources and waste water removal infrastructure is necessary. Water usage restrictions may also apply.
Could you help with sticker removal and touch-up painting on my car?
Absolutely! Speak with your Sales Representative for pricing and further details.
Can Hearthstone return my key to my landlord for me?
Yes, this is a normal, complimentary part of our Move-Out Cleaning. We're happy to do so and will send you a receipt when the key has been returned.
Can I schedule last-minute?
Yes, there's no problem with that. However, bear in mind that time slots for rescheduling are limited.
What if I can't clear my home of all my belongings when moving out or have large amounts of trash to dispose of?
We oftentimes require that belongings are fully removed in order to provide our services in a way that we know you'll be happy with. Luckily, we offer a Haul Away Service as part of many other services in case it's not possible to get all your things out in time. To let us know that you're interested in Haul Away Service, just give us a call.
Could Hearthstone do anything else to help with the move-in?
Absolutely! Our personnel have a wide range of talents that we always enjoy embracing and putting at the disposal of our clients. We gladly offer assistance with services such as light installation, painting, mounting, and more on a by-request basis.
What does it mean that your company is bonded?
Bonding is a financial instrument very similar to insurance. The fact that we carry bonding means that, in the unlikely event one of our cleaners should be caught stealing from you, that person will face not only the criminal penalties of their actions and be made responsible for financial recompense to the company, you, as the client, will also receive financial compensation equal to your loss from the theft. It's an extra layer of protection for you as the client to assure you that ordering our services presents no risk to you.
